US and Canadian Orders
Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be
processed on Monday morning.
Orders in The Tri-State area typically will be delivered by one of our trucks, depending on
circumstances. The form of shipping depends on customer's location, size and quantity of
merchandise purchased.
Shipping charges will be added to invoices, no C.O.D. orders please. All orders ship FOB our
warehouse in in Brooklyn, NY unless drop shipped from our manufacturer. We will accommodate
customer carriers if they make and notify us of all arrangements. Standard ground shipments
usually arrive within 6 business days from when they leave the warehouse.
If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail or telephone. Most backorders
ship within 2-3 weeks. Shipping times are approximate and do not include processing time.
